When consultants sell on various sites, Watkins has no control over the sale of items and can not guarantee quality of the products being sold.
An example: A consultant has some stock which is 10 years old. They sell it through E-bay to a customer. The customer is not happy with the product and tries to return it to the consultant and they say no. The customer tries to return it to Watkins and they have to say no as they have no record of this sale.
Some consultants have done this as active consultants, othes have retired and sold their old stock then close their account on E-bay, leaving the customer unhappy and with product they don’t want.
We want customers to be happy and know they will get full customer support. For that reason, all sales must go through active consultant in person or through the Watkins E-site for online.
